Medical History has been re-energized in Eaglesoft Version 17. Not only has Medical History been streamlined, but it is now fully customizable! You have the option to edit the existing Medical History Form or create a new form specific to your office needs. In addition to the customizable medical history form, the original Medical History form is still available to use.
