Important Information on Integration
In the first phase of the integration, you can send electronic claims within Eaglesoft to DentalXchange to be processed. You will have to use the DentalXchange online portal to use the following services:
- Check claim status (the claim status writeback is not yet available in Eaglesoft)
- Submit electronic attachments
- Complete real-time eligibility checks
- Receive eRAs
Integrated workflows for Attachments, eRAs and real-time
eligibility are in development and will be available in the future.
