New 3D models feature on CAESY Cloud!

Our latest version of CAESY Cloud has just been released and features 60 3D models (more to follow). These 3D models are another great tool to educate your patients.  Simply click on the tooth figure to the right of the presentation name and an image will appear.  You can then turn the image left or right to give your patients a full 360 degree visual!  Give it a try - we think you'll like it!

Also with this release, is an upgraded video player allowing the CAESY Cloud videos to play on new Android devices.

Eaglesoft 17 News Feed

If you are reading this, you have found one of the great new features of Eaglesoft 17!  We will use this area of your software to keep you up to date on the latest Eaglesoft news.  We will also provide tips and tricks on areas of your software where you may want a little extra help.  When you see the word "New" on the RSS icon in the upper left corner of your screen, you will know that we have new information to share!

Tips for Cloud

Tip 1 -
When you are done using CAESY Cloud,  use the log-out rather than just clicking the "X" to close.  This clears the connection and helps to omit log-in errors the next time you log into CAESY Cloud.

Tip 2-
When navigating CAESY Cloud,  select the CAESY Cloud logo (upper left corner)  to return to the home page.

Animations added to CAESY Cloud

You may have noticed a new button by many of your presentation titles in CAESY Cloud.  Go ahead and click this button and you will launch an animation from the video.  This animation will be played without live video or sound. The animation can be used to explain a procedure at your own speed and with your own words.  Now you have the best of both worlds- live video with animation and sound or animations with your own live narration.

When you play the animation, it will show a loading screen with images that show that you can use the mouse or scroll with your finger on a touch screen to move the animation, forward, backward, or click on the animation to pause.  This is like a digital clip board for your use.

New Content added to CAESY Cloud

We have added trivia based topics to CAESY Cloud. These are grouped in pairs, in a question and answer format. The trivia Q&A videos are meant to keep patients focused on the content you are presenting.  This is done by by placing the question before and the answer after a featured video. This gives you the ability to highlight important content and keep your patient's attention as they are waiting for the answer to the trivia question.

Some of the trivia is non-dental, and has been added to give a more general feel so patients are not inundated with continuous dental messaging. And, of course, these non-dental related trivia Q&A videos can be turned off  if you would prefer dental content only.

History (12 Q&A)
Lifestyle (9 Q&A)
Science (10 Q&A)
Total content = 41 Q&A bookends, or = 82 total videos.

UPDATES TO CAESY CLOUD!

You will notice a change in your CAESY Cloud today.   Along with updated navigation and search features, you can now email presentations directly from CAESY Cloud to your patients.  By simply clicking on the Link icon (located next to the video description) you can select the option to email a patient a link to the video. If you prefer to add the link to a longer customized email just copy and paste the link in the body of your email.  Hope you enjoy this new feature!

Updates to your CAESY Cloud!

We have made some highly requested updates to CAESY Cloud.  You will now notice that the Full Screen and Closed Caption options will be maintained throughout your playlist .  Also, the new player window will hide the playlist until you need it giving you more screen to play your favorite videos.  We hope you enjoy these updates.

Link CAESY videos to your website

2012 ADA Form

The 2012 ADA form has been added for paper and electronic submission.

In the Insurance Questions screen at the end of the Walkout process, you can manually enter Diagnosis Codes. This can also be done in the Claims processing screen by selecting the claim and Change Answers.

To automatically populate the Diagnosis Code, enter the Diagnosis Code in the Service Code.

To edit the Service Code, got to Lists | Service Code List and edit the desired code. At the bottom of the screen, enter the Diagnosis Code and CPT Modifier. 

CAESY Cloud Subtitles

We will be adding subtitles to videos in CAESY Cloud! This process will happen over the next few weeks. Once a subject has subtitles, a CC button will be available in the video player. Just click the CC button to turn subtitles on to play the selected video, with subtitles, for your patient.  We hope you enjoy this addition to CAESY Cloud.
