Update Recall Frequency from Walkout

Did you know you can update the patient's Recall Frequency right from the Walkout? Highlight the recall line item (i.e., prophy) and choose Recall/Appointment. Doing it here will also change it in the Edit Patient Recall Preferences. Use FAQ 428 for the standard way.

Educate your patients in and all aspects of dentistry by playing CAESY Cloud in your reception area

Play the Smile Channel or create your own playlist and set it on a constant loop in your office.  The Smile Channel had hours of content to play and helps educate your patients in hygiene and all aspects of dentistry .   Setup is easy, see FAQ 17731 for details.
