PTC is transitioning to a new phone system. Starting today, when you call the
PTC, you will get an automated answer that will confirm your account and
allow you to select the best support team to answer your question from a menu, or select to talk to one of our first
impressionists. The system will also allow you to select to receive a call back without losing your place in line.
This system will allow us to direct you to the correct
department quickly and accurately.
