Eaglesoft Service Club Price Increase

Important updates regarding Eaglesoft Service Club:

As an Eaglesoft Service Club member, you receive the following benefits:

Free Eaglesoft upgrades are an important value in your Eaglesoft Service Club membership. It is important to upgrade to each new version of Eaglesoft to take advantage of all available security updates as well as new features and enhancements. 

To ensure that you have the best customer service and support, Eaglesoft Service Club pricing will increase on October 1, 2024.  Customers who purchased the Eaglesoft Core Bundle or the Eaglesoft Essential Bundle on or after May 1, 2024, will have 12 months from their date of purchase before the price increase goes into effect.

We are excited to announce that a new Eaglesoft and DentalXchange claims integration is now available.

Important Information on Integration

In the first phase of the integration, you can send electronic claims within Eaglesoft to DentalXchange to be processed. You will have to use the DentalXchange online portal to use the following services:

  • Check claim status (the claim status writeback is not yet available in Eaglesoft)
  • Submit electronic attachments
  • Complete real-time eligibility checks
  • Receive eRAs

Integrated workflows for Attachments, eRAs and real-time eligibility are in development and will be available in the future.

Enhanced data security measures

  • Hyperlinks in Eaglesoft will now open in a browser without error
  • Fixed issue of Emailing Image note saved incorrectly
  • Fixed error when clicking on FAQ hyperlink in Reports

Measurement tool removal in Eaglesoft Advanced Imaging

  • Removing this feature no longer classifies Eaglesoft as a medical device. Maintaining one feature under the medical device classification requires significant development and support effort that we will now shift to additional Eaglesoft feature enhancements. We understand the measurement tool may have been an important feature for your practice.  An alternative solution, which would bring additional capabilities to your practice, is enrollment in Pearl Second Opinion.

When you upgrade to the newest version of Eaglesoft, you get all the features in previous releases that you may have missed, including:

  • Patterson CarePay+ integration**
  • New 2024 CDT codes
  • Memory optimization and Imaging Bridge fix
  • Easily locate correct patient records with the new Date of Birth search option
  • And more
**CarePay+ includes patient financing, dental plans, and credit card payment processing. The CarePay+ integration is only available in Eaglesoft version 23.10 and above. Customers must be on Eaglesoft version 23.10 and above to access the integration. Additional fees apply when you enroll in this eService.

  • Use the same workflow as you are used to within Eaglesoft. Your statements will be routed to Vyne for printing and mailing.
  • Track printed statements including delivery status, mail-to address, amount due, and more within Vyne Trellis.
  • Only pay for statement printing and mailing – there is no additional monthly fee.

o   $0.49 for each printed statement (first page) and remit envelope.

o   $0.21 for each additional printed statement page.

o   $0.60 for USPS postage*.

*Postage rates will automatically adjust to match the USPS postage rate at the next USPS postage rate change.

DDS Rescue Price Increase

 

This is a notice to inform you that there will be a price increase impacting all new and existing DDS Rescue customers in January, 2024, that will go into effect in your February billing. If you are locked into an initial agreement rate for 12 months, your rate will remain the same unless you upgrade to the next tier. After the initial 12 months, price increases are applicable. 

The increase helps us to ensure our commitment in providing the very best product and support to you.

CAESY Cloud Price Increase

 


To ensure you have the best customer service and support, CAESY Cloud pricing will increase on January 2, 2024.  Any customer that purchased CAESY Cloud between October 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, will have 6 months from their date of purchase before the price increase goes into effect.

As a reminder, Eaglesoft version 22.00 now has an integration with CAESY Cloud.  With this integration, users can now attach Presentations to service codes, play CAESY Cloud videos from Chart, Treatment Plan, Informed Consent and Fast CheckIn, and have Patient Notes updated after viewing CAESY Cloud videos.
