NEW Critical Eaglesoft Update Available

New Eaglesoft Version Available to Install

The newest Eaglesoft version, Eaglesoft 21.00 Update 1 is now available to you.  This version update includes significant security enhancements as well as the new ADA 2019 Insurance Forms. 

We understand some customers defer upgrading each Eaglesoft version, but by not upgrading you miss important security updates as well as other Eaglesoft feature updates. To ensure continued compliance with HIPAA and mitigate potential data breach attempts impacting your practice, we strongly encourage you to implement this update.  While we are not aware of any actual breaches impacting customers, we take compliance very seriously at Patterson and have proactively identified a solution that bolsters security related to your practice and patient data.

What This Means for You

We recommend you install Eaglesoft 21.00 Update 1 now to improve your data security and benefit from new features.  We will have an additional important update in the spring and will notify you when that version is available.  

Going forward, it will be important to install each new Eaglesoft version as it is released to keep your security protocols up to date and address HIPAA compliance requirements.  As your trusted partner we have included a data security best practice checklist along with this letter for your reference.
