Vyne Trellis Release Notes - December

Live date: 12/11/2025

These updates aim to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve system functionality across Vyne Trellis. 

Image Sync Modal Update

  • Customers who haven't installed Image Sync will see a window directing them to the Downloads page for self-installation.
  • Benefit: Streamlines setup by providing direct access to installation resources.

Claim Management Layout Updates
  • Continuous scrolling is now supported on the Claim Details screen, with tabs acting as bookmarks for quick navigation. 
  • Benefit: Provides a smoother and more intuitive way to review claim details without repetitive clicking.


Sidebar Update: Removal of Member Plans

  • The "Member Plans" sidebar item is removed entirely.
  • Benefit: Reduces user confusion and ensures the sidebar reflects current supported features. 

Direct URLs for My Practice Tabs


  • Each tab now has a direct URL/hash link for easier navigation and integration with guidance tools.
  • Benefit: Reduces extra clicks, improves onboarding, and enhances user experience.

Reset Password URL Update


  • Password reset links now route to a branded Vyne Trellis URL.
  • Benefit: Reduces confusion and increases user confidence in the security and legitimacy of the reset process.

Statements Unsent Tab


  • Statements now go to an "Unsent" tab for approval before being printed and mailed. ​ Offices can opt for automatic sending if desired.
  • Benefit: Reduces accidental statement errors, decreases support cases, and prepares for future Suspend and Send functionality. 

Show Active Filters and Default Filters ON Instead of Off in UI


  • The filter button now shows a count of active filters, making them visible and easy to review.
  • Benefit: Improves user trust, reduces confusion, and enhances the perceived value of the filtering system. 


Scheduling - Allow Reschedules and Cancellations Within Hours
  • Practices can now allow rescheduling and cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment time.
  • Benefit: Increases patient self-service, reduces inbound calls, improves schedule accuracy, and supports future automation for gap recovery.
