The Digital Image Exams Master report provides a quick snapshot of which patients had images taken, what types of exams were performed, and how many images were acquired—all in one place. This is especially helpful for tracking productivity or verifying imaging records.

Accidentally saved images under the wrong patient? No problem. This report can also help identify patients who have images saved but were not seen, making it easier to correct errors and maintain accurate records.

How to access the Digital Image Exams Master Report

1. Go to Reports > Clinical > Digital Image Exams Master

2. Select the appropriate date range and click Process

How to use Money Finder

1. From the Eaglesoft Practice Management screen: Navigate to Activities > Practice Management > Money Finder


2. In the Categories field, select Maximize Insurance

3. Adjust the Primary Benefits and Last Visit Date fields as needed
4. Choose your preferred Print Method (report, letter, postcard, etc.)
5. Click on the desired Sort By option
6. Customize the report title (e.g., “Maximize Insurance – Call List”) for clarity. This is how the title will appear at the top of your report: 

This report helps you create targeted outreach lists, making it easier to follow up with patients who could benefit from additional care before their benefits reset next year.

Multi-Clinic Trellis is a new enhancement for group practices and DSOs that enables a unified experience across locations. Users can now be assigned to multiple practices using a single login and toggle between offices inside Vyne Trellis, at no extra charge with your Trellis subscription.

Multi-location support allows dental practices to manage their revenue cycle across multiple locations from a single, centralized platform. This results in productivity and reduces the need for duplicate records and manual entry because all staff members can access patient records and enable users to send, track, manage, and ensure timely reimbursement from insurance carriers and patients.

New Feature: Bone Ratio Tooltip for Bitewing X-Rays

  • This new feature is only available on the web-based Pearl Second Opinion standalone application.
  • Updated the tooltip messaging for bone ratio measurements when the mm/% toggle is disabled. Since bitewing x-rays typically do not capture the root apex (required for calculating percentages), users will now see a clearer message explaining why ratios are unavailable.
  • Default message (all image types): “Bone ratio measurements require detection of root apices. Without them, x-rays will show measurements in millimeters only, not ratios.”
  • Bitewing-specific message: “Bone ratio measurements are only available on periapical radiographs because a root apex is required for calculation. On bitewing radiographs, where root tips are not visible, the option is unavailable.”
  • Available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.


Bug FixesBlocked multiple simultaneous rotations on an image, which can leave it in an inconsistent state.

  1. Edit Bone Ratios & Hide Measurements – Quickly adjust bone ratio measurements and toggle them on/off with the new eye icon.
  2. Unified Brightness & Contrast Controls – Use the combined sliders or the new click & drag tool for faster, smoother image adjustments.

What's Coming Next in Practice Intelligence: 
In the next 30 days, Practice Intelligence will introduce tooth-level treatment opportunity linking.
  • Opportunities will be tied directly to specific teeth using tooth numbering.
  • This will make it easier to track, plan, and communicate treatment recommendations with precision.
