Eaglesoft version release 21.20 is now available

 

We are excited to announce that Eaglesoft 21.20 is now available to download and install.  We understand some customers defer upgrading each Eaglesoft version, but by not upgrading you miss important security updates as well as other Eaglesoft feature updates. We strongly encourage you to implement this update.

Enhancements you can look forward to in this release include:

• Note history screen now displays notes in their entirety
• 2019 ADA Insurance Form and ICD-10 codes streamline insurance processing
• New image processing method loads the 50 most recent images at a time improving performance
• Security enhancements ensure continued HIPAA compliance
• CareCredit integration updates make it easier for patients to apply and for you to pre-approve patients and process transactions

Eaglesoft Service Club Enhancements and Price Increase

• As a reminder, you also receive these additional benefits with Eaglesoft Service Club: unlimited Eaglesoft and Schick support, Eaglesoft mobile access, and free software updates. 
• Free software updates are an important value for your membership and we are accelerating our release cycle to continue to enhance security as well as deliver value-added capabilities like SmartDoc and Email improvements, ePrescription note documentation and many others.

To ensure that you have the best customer service and support Eaglesoft Service Club pricing will increase on February 1, 2022.  Customers who purchased the Eaglesoft Core Bundle on or after August 1, 2021, will have an effective date of May 1, 2022 for the price increase.
