Recall Frequency from Walkout

know you can update the patient's Recall Frequency right from the Walkout?
Highlight the recall line item (i.e., prophy) and choose Recall/Appointment.
Doing it here will also change it in the Edit Patient Recall Preferences. Use
FAQ 428 for the standard way. |

PTOS Web Documentation - Shut Down on March 31, 2017
As we prepare to shut down ptosweb.com on March 31, 2017 we want to make sure that you are prepared to move forward as well.
- Have you ran the export utility with the Support team to get your notes and attachments copied out to your computer?
- If you are no longer using the system, are you ready to cancel your subscription?
- What is your office's plan to transition to another system?
We would like to make sure that you and your practice are prepared for the future and taking the necessary steps to start using a different method for storing/creating notes.
When you are ready to run the export utility, cancel your subscription or if you have any questions, please give our Support Team a call at: 800-824-4305
