Free Eaglesoft updates are an important value in your Eaglesoft Service Club membership. You can look forward to our next releases including features such as SmartDoc improvements, patient date of birth search, new integrations, enhanced security, and many others.

To ensure that you have the best customer service and support Eaglesoft Service Club pricing will increase on November 1, 2023.  Customers who purchased the Eaglesoft Core Bundle, the Eaglesoft Essential Bundle or the Eaglesoft Preferred Bundle between June 1, 2023 and October 31, 2023 will have 12 months from their date of purchase before the price increase goes into effect.

Eaglesoft version release 21.30 is now available

 We are excited to announce that Eaglesoft version 21.30 is now available!  New features and enhancements in the release include:

  •        ePrescriptions:

o   Any new prescription created in Clinician will now have a note entered in the patient’s note history in Eaglesoft

o   Alerts for expiring Provider passwords or pending prescriptions will appear on the Eaglesoft Practice Management and Clinician screen

  •        eStatements:

o   A refreshed eStatements window and security update

  •        Eaglesoft security enhancements to ensure continued HIPAA compliance:

o   Provider/Staff passwords now have new security options that can be configured by office

o   A new security provision to include the ability to lockout user after failed attempts

o   Providers / Staff can change their own password utilizing the forgot password steps  

  •        Printer administration has been updated
